YSM Wheels Manufacture (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd, a member of the YSM Group. We have number of members in alloy wheels and tires business with total turnover over 25 million USD per annual. We own 4 brands, and work with major wheels brands in Europe and North America. We have 5 distribution centers all over the world. We own a factory in Zhejiang, China. At the mean time, we have in house design team, which designing original aftermarket alloy wheels.
The Foundry:
We joint venture more than 30 million USD with Mr. Yonghai Luo for the alloy wheel foundry in 2006. The foundry is located in Zhejiang, China, which producing both replica and aftermarket wheels. The foundry holds ISO9001-2000, ISO/TS16949, VIA, JWL and TUV certificates.
We have 12 low-pressure and 8 gravity die-casting machines as well as 14 machining lines which are equipped with top advanced CNC machines. Moreover, we do have a full automatic painting line which can apply powder coat and clear coat at the same time with more than 2 million pieces annual capacity. Meanwhile, we have in house stainless steel production line, and we are the only factory at the present time who is able to making open cut stainless steel lip in China.
Marketing and IT:
We have our own marketing team, with in-house team of 12 people, who design all the catalogues, websites and our ERP system. We have offered our European customers marketing supports when we got start to cooperate with each other.
In 2006, we started to program our own online ERP system, so the customers are able see the stock online in real time, as well as placing orders. The orders can be tracked until it has been delivered to customer’s warehouse.
Sales Teams:
We have sales offices in China, Holland, UK, Japan and USA providing customers local service by local people speaking their language. Our teams will do their best to serve them near their locations. We are not a factory thousands mile away from people in the East, we are the world’s local factory. We also offer custom clearance and local currency invoice service for customers in different countries.
Logistic:
We have two buffer warehouse which are very close to the two biggest port in China. The one in Shanghai stock aftermarket wheels with up to 20,000 pieces. It is only 20 miles away from the biggest port in the world, the Shanghai Port. The other one is in Ningbo stocking replica wheels mainly with the volume of 60,000 pieces. It’s only 15 miles away from Beilun port in Zhejiang.
